Knowledge & documents

What the agent answers from: documents, FAQs, your indexed site. And how to get your data out.

Knowledge base

This is where you add the content the bot answers from. The better the content, the more accurate the answers.

Four ways to add knowledge:

  • Upload files — PDF, Word, Excel, text, images. Max 20 MB per file, 10 files at a time.
  • Website — index your site’s pages and the bot answers from them.
  • Google Drive — connect a folder and it syncs automatically.
  • OneDrive — same, for the Microsoft ecosystem.
  1. 1Go to the agent page → “Add to knowledge base”.
  2. 2Pick a source (files / website / Drive / OneDrive) and add the content.
  3. 3Wait for indexing (a few minutes) — documents get an “Indexed” label.
  4. 4Documents are auto-classified into categories and tags (you can edit them anytime).

FAQs (quick replies): besides documents, you can add frequent questions and answers. Click “Generate from knowledge base” and the AI proposes the questions + answers for you to review and tweak.

The bot answers ONLY from what you add here. Add only customer-relevant content — pricing, policies, product and service info.

Document generation & export

You can ask the AI to generate documents and download them as Word, Excel or PDF.

Ask in chat for a report, procedure, policy or table — the AI writes the full content, then you download it with the ⬇ button below the response.

  • Word (.docx) — documents, reports, procedures.
  • Excel (.xlsx) — tables, budgets, lists.
  • PDF — ready-to-send/print versions.

You can also export a whole conversation from the chat’s export menu.
