Connections and integrations
Connect external tools (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Slack, Notion, ClickUp, etc.) that agents can use.
Connections live in two places: on each agent page (to enable/disable them per agent) and centrally in Settings → Connections (an overview of everything).
- Sync connections (Gmail, Drive, OneDrive, Outlook, Slack, Notion) — bring documents into the knowledge base. One account = one agent.
- Direct connections (Calendar, Sheets, ClickUp, Jira, etc.) — used as tools during a conversation and can be toggled per agent.
Each connection shows which agents use it. If you remove a sync connection, the documents it brought into natix.chat are cleaned up too.
Per-agent grants mean a connection set on one agent does NOT automatically become available on others — you control exactly who uses what.
Plans, credits and cost
Usage is measured in messages/credits, depending on your plan.
- Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise — each with monthly limits for messages, tokens, storage and workspaces.
- You can buy extra message packs (credits) anytime.
- Everything that uses AI (chat, FAQ generation, document processing, classification) counts toward your account usage.
Sub-users (team members) draw from the main account’s limit. See current usage in the usage section.
Choosing the Haiku model for FAQ bots significantly reduces credit usage compared to Sonnet.
Analytics & dashboard
See how the bot performs and how much it costs, all in one place.
- WhatsApp/site dashboard — active, waiting-for-human, urgent and lead conversations, in real time.
- The “Analytics” tab — conversation volume, AI-vs-human reply rate, leads generated.
- Usage & cost — credit consumption and estimated cost, in the usage section.
The in-chat debug panel shows, per message, the tokens used, the cache rate and the cost — handy for optimizing.
If you see a high per-message cost on an FAQ bot, switch the agent to the Haiku model from the “AI model” card.
Security & privacy
Your data and your customers’ data are protected and isolated.
- AI processing in the EU region — data never leaves Europe.
- Per-workspace isolation — each agent keeps its data separate from the others.
- Customer data is not used to train AI models.
- Connection access tokens are encrypted.
You authorize external connections (Gmail, Drive, etc.) yourself and can revoke them anytime from Settings → Connections.
For public bots (site/WhatsApp), the bot never discloses the workspace’s internal configuration to visitors.
